Carolyn Milburn, President

As President of Milburn Partners, Inc., Carolyn Milburn oversees a professional team dedicated to successful placements in the executive search business. Years of experience in the executive search business coupled with time spent in the healthcare industry has created a unique niche for the highly-motivated Ms. Milburn.

Prior to forming Milburn Partners, Inc., Ms. Milburn held a Managing Director position with Kaye Bassman International, a top 10 (known) retained-search firm in the United States. Upon joining this group, Ms. Milburn was responsible for the implementation and development of the Healthcare Finance Division. Ms. Milburn was a choice candidate for the Kaye Bassman position because of her past experience in healthcare specifically in the Sales Management and Business Development areas for over 15 years. Because Ms. Milburn works with various for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, she understands the dynamic issues that drive client-side needs. Some of these organizations include AMI, St. Paul Medical Center and HealthSouth.

To complement her professional relationships, Ms. Milburn is active in many organizations throughout the healthcare community. She is a sitting member of the Advisory Board for Pulse Magazine, a quarterly healthcare publication in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She has business affiliations with the Health Industry Council of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and she is part of the Women Healthcare Business Leaders organization of DFW. Ms. Milburn is also a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and HealthLeaders. As a result of her professional and well-connected community involvement, Ms. Milburn is pursued by clients who look to her for consulting services and information on the ever-changing Healthcare market throughout the United States.
